1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms of Use apply to anyone browsing or placing an order on chipyard.nl ("Chipyard", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable Dutch VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct listing errors before an order is dispatched. Stock levels shown on the site are updated regularly but are not a guarantee of availability at checkout.

3. Delivery

Orders placed before 4 PM on in-stock items are dispatched the same working day. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not a guaranteed delivery time.

4. Returns and warranty

Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened components are covered by their applicable warranty period, a minimum of 2 years from the date of delivery, handled directly by our service desk.

5. Product testing disclaimer

Components described as "bench-tested" have undergone a functional stress test prior to dispatch. This does not extend or replace the manufacturer's or Chipyard's own warranty terms.

6. Limitation of liability

Chipyard is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of purchased hardware, including data loss, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Dutch law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
