We use this information to process orders, respond to enquiries, fulfil warranty and return requests, and, where you've opted in, to send occasional updates about restocks and buying guides. Review submissions are checked by a moderator before publishing.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data under the GDPR on the basis of contract performance (processing your order), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, preventing fraud), and consent (newsletter sign-up).

4. Storage and retention

Order data is retained for as long as required under Dutch tax law (currently 7 years). Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to resolve the enquiry.

5. Sharing

We share data with delivery carriers to the extent necessary to fulfil an order, and with payment processors to complete a transaction. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
